Ingrid Montague

Originally from California, I hold a Master of Science Degree with Distinction, in Studies in Mindfulness from the University of Aberdeen.

Today, my family and I have our home in the beautiful Stockholm archipelago. It's from this place of serenity that I offer my guidance, in person and online, as a certified Mindfulness Instructor, combining my academic knowledge with a deep, personal understanding of mindfulness meditation and practice.
